This was my entry to the Sonic CD contest.

I am most sad because I didn't get a reply

Alright now that the contest is over and I can think rationally I think I'll write a proper description for this pic

I really like the idea of time travel, and since SCD has a lot of it, I wanted it to be the focal point of the piece. Also while sonic is awesome and all Metal is the real star so I used him to show off the different time zones. To the left is the past, to the right the bad future and at the top the present with a busted ass Metal Sonic just fresh from being beaten by Sonic! Of course Sonic gets a decent amount of exposure, tis his game afterall, and it was obvious to place him in the good future with a brokeass Eggman and the lovesick Amy Rose.

Amy rose in particular was fun to draw as it's the first time I've ever drawn classic Amy, I spent ages on her to get her right instead of looking like sonic in a dress...

Also a little note...I did this in 12 hours on the day before the submission date!...andthatthismaybemylastdeviationonthisaccount.
