I think that the background is too dark for the picture even if the base color is black. With that I can't see well it's face or other parts of the drawing.

No one can get better without critique, appreciate how others take the time spotting the mistakes of your drawings instead of getting mad at them for ruining your "perfect world"....

It's harder than just writing "nice" or adding a smilie I tell ya.

No, I can see them I just talking about the background and colors in general, they end being a bad selection for the character that blends with it.

Maybe you could leave the background completely gray or add white with gray instead of black. Just tone down the background to show more his shoulders and head that are getting lost with the black.
