Yup I'm back from the Phillipines, been back since friday but only jsut got round to making a journal Xd So yeah My grandmother's funeral went well, there were a few disputes over my time there, but thank god they were resolved quickly and in such a heartfelt way, but I shall not delve into that fo rnow I'm back in good ol Blighty, and with a review on its way I've gotten straight back into the uni flow and getting work done C:

But ahh since I didn't get to report on it when I got back I shall now talk about my experience at the London Expo two weeks ago, dear god it was fun again C: saw so much cool ass stuff and got to play left 4 dead 2 (when the demo was not yet released) and I tell you it was amazing, that game is so mine on release day C: loads of stuff was shown at the expo, including one awesome Taiko drumming performance, I had only previously seen that kind of drumming on kamen rider hibiki, and back then it wasn't as accurate as I'd like, but seeing it in person whoooo it was amazing. Ooh I also got my picture taken with a freaking lifesize halo warthog how awesome is that, shame I couldn't ride it :C and top things off as tradition I bought a crapload of stuff at the expo, including a new Gurren Lagann wall scroll, loads of robots, a couple of anime boxsets and a panda hat, yes a panda hat, I was forced to by my friend to buy it to live up to my name as the anime society's art monkey panda Xd

Overall good times were had and a lot of pizza was consumed =w=

In other news I got myself the new ghostbusters game (well relatively new, it just came out over here in the uk for the xbox cos of sony being twats) and I'm enjoying it greatly, it captures the films' essence and just provides sheer ghostbusting fun and genuinly creepy levels, I have had chills during some levels, tis good stuff I highly recommend getting it C:
